Art is a tool to go deeper.  Through images we can connect to our inner voice and honor the human experience, both triumph and tragedy.  That my friends is AMAZING!!!

Our experiences need to be given voice and beauty is often the result of such expression.  Beauty is merely the flip side of pain from which balance is achieved.

I live here in the beautiful state of Utah raising my girls and living my best life.  I love teaching, mentoring and I have my own art therapy for children and adults to process trauma and break through into healing ground.

Creative expression can be tremendously therapeutic not only for the artist, but also for the receiver.  Fine art is energy conveyed in visual form.  Once expressed in a painting, the energy remains imbued within the work sending out a vibration that reaches and touches those who resonate with that energy.  This is what makes art so universal and special.  In creating and receiving the art, a sacred bond is created.
